| HOW WE KEEP TRACK |

| Production of first class
reports is given the highest priority and a considerable
amount of management time is devoted to this activity.
Up-to-date managemnet information and internal control
procedures are of paramount importance. This coupled
with an effective means of processing data and production
of client reports has necessitated the installation
of a powerful multi-user database.
To achieve these standards of reporting and data handling
we have installed a large network of computers running
state-of-the-art software including graphics, desktop
publishing, spreadsheets, word processing and specialist
program. This allows the production of reports, which
can include graphs and calculations, to be run off
on colour paint jet or high quality laser printers.
A database is kept on our experience gained throughout
Asia covering a wide range of disciplines providing
a vital source of reference.
